Bilingual Taiwanese Finance, Admin and Customer Service Staff (Full Time) with Outdoor Camp Assistant Instructing
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced bilingual (English and Chinese) Communications and Administration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers via email, sending out invoices, keeping track of expenses, and acting as a support coach on our adventure camps and school trips. (The requirement to be female is due to the need for at least one female on every trip or camp with female kids).
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Location:
Taipei (hybrid of remote work and physically attending meetings and tasks in Taipei and outdoor trips all around Taiwan).
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers via email and messaging apps and provide exceptional customer service
Send out invoices and follow up with customers on payment
Keep accurate records of expenses and prepare financial reports as required
Help management with topics such as taxes, visas and licenses by researching, learning and advising.
Act as a support coach on summer camps, helping to lead and guide groups of students
Assist with a range of administrative duties as required
Requirements:
Must be female due to requirements on outdoor camps to have female staff to help with female students.
Native level of spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
Excellent spoken and written English
Experience in administration and book-keeping
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience working with children or young adults
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong computer skills using a range of software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Contract:
Full time, 1 year at first, with a stable monthly salary. We hope to work together for many years after the first year if all goes well!
Salary:
Starting at NT$ 30,000 per month plus 500 NT$ per instructing day.

Seasonal Lead Coach for Adventure Camps
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and confident Lead Coach for our various adventure camps. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children, be comfortable in the outdoors, and have experience leading groups in outdoor activities. This is a seasonal position, and the coach will work with us during our peak summer camp season and when we have school trips
Key Responsibilities:
Lead groups of children on outdoor adventure activities, including hiking, kayaking, camping, and other outdoor sports
Supervise and mentor assistant coaches and volunteers
Plan and execute engaging and safe activities that align with the camp’s philosophy and goals
Provide exceptional customer service and support to campers and their families
Maintain a safe and organised camp environment, ensuring that all campers follow camp rules and regulations
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
Experience leading groups in outdoor activities
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for working with children and a desire to inspire them to try new things
Comfortable in the outdoors and able to handle various weather conditions
Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches, volunteers, and staff members
First Aid certification
Availability to work seasonally, including evenings and weekends as required

We are currently looking for an a great communicator who can make the most of all our exciting content! He / she / they should have a strong ability to communicate in English and Chinese and be able to work with the rest of the Imagine team to facilitate a fun & safe educational environment on camps (optional)
